We are in the business of design, manufacture and supply of carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide and hydrogen plants on a turnkey basis besides our main activity of design and manufacture of pressure vessels, storage and transportation tanks for high pressure gases and liquids, double walled vacuum insulated vessels for storage and transportation of liquid CO2, O2, N2, Ar, etc., chemical process equipment, shell and tube type heat exchangers, reactors, distillation columns, absorption towers, deaerators, boilers and boiler parts. We can fabricate any equipment in mild/carbon/stainless/alloy steel as per client’s requirements.
We are supported by a team of professionals in field of mechanical, chemical and process engineering duly supported by a well equipped quality control department who carry out the function of design, manufacture, testing, on site installation and commissioning of equipment and plants to customers worldwide.
Under the able guidance of Dr. S. S. Aggarwal, an eminent scientist, who did his M.Tech. from IIT Mumbai and later achieved his Doctorate ( Ph.D) in the field of chemical engineering from Moscow (Russia). The company has flourished for over 25 years. Over the years Dr. S. S. Aggarwal has done research in the field of chemical engineering that has earned him laurels from various institutions both private and government, India and abroad.
Our newly established factory at Greater Noida (U.P.) has been set up under the illustrious advice of Professor D. D. Sharma who has over 35 years of rich experience in the field of steel manufacture and fabrication, in India and abroad. He is a first class Mechanical Engineer and had done a specialized course of 1 ½ years in design of process equipment in Germany . He has been instrumental in conceptualizing and designing the factory which has come up as a state-of-the art facility for the fabrication of equipments.
Prof. Sharma has hands on experience in the manufacture of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and boilers and has worked as the Chief Executive Officer of a very prestigious heavy engineering company for over 30 years. He was responsible for the complete activities of the company including design, production, sale, marketing, contracting and executions. Prof. D. D. Sharma was the member of the Central Boiler Board, Govt. of India and also a member of many sub committees of the Indian Standards Institutes now known as BIS. He has drafted many Indian Standards which were subsequently adopted by the Indian standards Institutions.
We have been awarded the status of an Export Oriented Unit by the Development Commissioner, Noida Export Processing Zone, Govt. of India. Our factory is located in the Export Promotion Industrial Park developed by UP State Industrial Development Corporation in Greater Noida (U.P.)
Our factory has been approved by The Chief Controller of Explosives, Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization, Nagpur (India) for the manufacture of unfired pressure vessels under the SMPV (U) Rules, 1981 vide letter no. PV(M) 858 dated 14.08.2013.
